Assist in maintaining the safety and security of the Museum's visitors, staff, collections, and facilities while supporting daily museum operations. This position is primarily dedicated to the security functions, including gallery monitoring, patrols, visitor safety, and emergency response. This is a cross-functional position. While security is the primary responsibility, the Security & Museum Operations Associate is expected to support museum operations as needed – including admissions, event setup, and breakdown, and other visitor services to ensure an exceptional museum experience for our guests. Saturday and/or Sunday availability required.

Woodmere seeks a full-time Assistant Curator of School Programs to research, develop, and lead dynamic school programs that spark creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression through direct engagement with works of art. In this role, the Assistant Curator designs and delivers meaningful museum learning experiences for school-aged students across Smith Hall and Maguire Hall. This position reports to the Curator of Education and serves as their “right hand” in all manner of duties.

The Buildings Maintenance Technician will report to the Facilities and Grounds Manager and will have responsibilities pertaining to the maintenance of Woodmere’s facilities with a special focus on building systems (HVAC, Security, Plumbing, Electricity, etc.) together with other facility-related responsibilities. Woodmere’s four buildings include: 1) Smith Hall, the original historic mansion with galleries and offices; 2) Maguire Hall, a recently renovated, near adjacent mansion, featuring 14 galleries, a children’s art studio, and a commercial kitchen; 3) an adjacent residential building used for storage and back-of-house activities; and 4) a carriage house art studio.Responsibilities:
