Assistant Curator of School Programs
Woodmere seeks a full-time Assistant Curator of School Programs to research, develop, and lead dynamic school programs that spark creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression through direct engagement with works of art. In this role, the Assistant Curator designs and delivers meaningful museum learning experiences for school-aged students across Smith Hall and Maguire Hall. This position reports to the Curator of Education and serves as their “right hand” in all manner of duties.

Museum Associate
The Museum Associate serves as a front-line representative of the museum, ensuring an outstanding and welcoming experience for all visitors. As part of the Guest Services team, this position supports admissions, visitor engagement, wayfinding, gallery monitoring, and events, helping to create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for guests.
Volunteer at Woodmere
Volunteers are an essential part of every department at Woodmere. They host member events and concerts, participate in children’s programs, and provide administrative support to staff—and that’s just a sampling of the services they provide. We offer flexible scheduling, complimentary admission to Museum events, Museum Store discounts, and a lively work environment.

Woodmere’s mission is to inspire creativity, learning, and self-expression through experiences with the art and artists of Philadelphia and the region. Docents welcome and engage adult and children to the Museum’s exhibitions and inspire meaningful experiences and discussions about art. Docents complete a tailored training process hosted by Woodmere.
