Description
Mulligan received a certificate from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and her BFA from the University of Pennsylvania. She obtained her MFA from the University of Indiana-Bloomington. She was the recipient of a grant from the Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation and was also awarded a residency at Vermont Studio Center. Her work has been included in exhibitions nationally and internationally.
