Description

Late Afternoon conveys the stillness of a winter day along the banks of the Delaware River. Long blue shadows evoke the waning daylight, while thick brushstrokes create the palpable immediacy of cold air. A human presence is signified by the yellow and orange houses and the distant bridge across the water, connecting Pennsylvania with New Jersey.
