Learn more about what to expect when you visit Woodmere for a music, film, education, or family event. Woodmere is committed to ensuring the best possible visit experience for all. Please take a moment to review these policies before attending an event.

Music Performances
Tickets can be purchased:
- ONLINE on our ticket platform until the concert is sold out. Please check your inbox and spam folder for email confirmations and announcements regarding your event.
There is a limited number of tickets available for each concert. Concerts often sell out.
Woodmere Members receive early access to music tickets when signed in to our ticketing platform here. Woodmere Members may purchase tickets when signed in to our ticket platform at the promotional member price for two people per concert.

Free parking at Woodmere is limited, and available on a first come, first served basis. A sign will be posted at the entrance to the Museum’s driveway when the parking lot is full.
Street parking is available. PLEASE NOTE: Street parking on Bells Mill Road is not permitted.
Limited accessible parking is available. Please see the parking attendant for assistance or guest drop off.
Additional parking is available at Maguire Hall, 9001 Germantown Avenue. It will be necessary to walk half a block away to Charles Knox Smith Hall, 9201 Germantown Avenue.
Woodmere reserves the right to cancel or postpone concerts due to emergency conditions. Updates will be posted on the Museum’s website and ticket holders will be notified by email.
If a concert is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified and all ticket purchases for the event will be refunded.
If a concert is rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified, and tickets will be automatically applied to the new concert date. If a ticket holder cannot attend the concert’s rescheduled date, please notify Woodmere by calling 215-247-0476 or emailing guestservices@woodmereartmuseum.org to receive a refund.
Other Events

Please join the waitlist on each event’s ticketing page if you would like to be notified by email if any tickets become available. The waitlist for each concert is on a first come, first served basis and seats are not guaranteed.

| Mobility Impairments | Parking for vehicles with a disability permit is available near museum entrances. All galleries and public spaces are wheelchair accessible except for the del Bueno Balcony. Accessible restrooms and drinking fountain are available and marked on all maps. Seating is provided in many galleries and public spaces. Wheelchairs (manual) are available upon request and on a limited basis. |
| Hearing Impairments | Sign language interpretation is available by special request through the Education Department. Please call 215-247-0948 to schedule an interpretive program at least three weeks prior to your visit. |
| Visual Impairments | Visual description tours given by trained docents are available on request. |
| Service Animals | Service animals for visitors with disabilities are welcome. |
Discounts & Admission
Admission to the galleries is always free on Sundays, sponsored in part by the generous support of the Clarence Rowell Trust. Sunday events, lectures, and concerts are not included. Regular ticket admission discounts do not apply to events, lectures, or concerts.
Ticket holders may enter galleries up to 1 hour before the scheduled event Earlier entry requires paid admission.
Current members receive discounted event tickets:
