Description
Osborne is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA), where she was an instructor from 1963 to 2011. She has exhibited extensively throughout the United States, and her work is in the collections of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, PAFA, Woodmere Art Museum, Delaware Art Museum, and McNay Art Museum in San Antonio. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including a Fulbright Fellowship. She is represented by Locks Gallery in Philadelphia.
