Description

Lee received a bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State College and a master’s degree in painting and graphics from Brooklyn College. Later, he became the head of the design department at Craftex Mills near Philadelphia. He has also held teaching positions at the University of the Arts and Moore College of Art and Design, where he taught off-loom techniques and learned knotting. He is the recipient of numerous awards, including a Pew Fellowship in the Arts in 2007. Lee’s work is in numerous private collections and is regularly shown throughout the United States.
