Although published six years after the anniversary, this volume was issued to honor the tercentenary of the birth of the founder of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It is smaller and less elaborate than The Holy Experiment of 1922 and includes black and white drawings for all three mural cycles in the Pennsylvania State Capitol.
