Ice Bound Stream

Generous usage of blue and orange command this loosely painted winter scene of what is likely a Pennsylvanian townscape. A icy stream travels along a series of wooden buildings, passing underneath a walking bridge in the foreground. Landscapes such as this of Pennsylvania countrysides were the subject matter with which Antonio Martino was best known.
